Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your ArakanRemit account and all associated personal data, please email support@arakanremitapp.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account.

Once we receive your request, your account and personal data (including name, email, phone number, and transaction history) will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes as a registered Money Services Business.
